FITNESS CENTER MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Level 1

  • $29.00 start-up fee
  • EFT  - $9.99 per month
  • 1 year contract, $29.00 annual fee charged each October 1st
  • $59.00 cancellation fee for early termination (1st year only); after 1 year, the 30 day notice of cancellation will be required and the membership will be active until cancelled in writing by the member
  • Includes cardio equipment and weight areas

Level 1 – Paid in Full

  • $299.00

Level II

  • No start up fee
  • $29.50  monthly – EFT only
  • 1 year contract, $19.99 annual fee charged each April 1st
  • $39.00 cancellation for early termination  (1st year only); after 1 year, the 30 day notice of cancellation will be required and the membership will be active until cancelled in writing by the member
  • Includes cardio equipment, weight areas and classes --  EXCLUDES Spin

Level III

  • No start up fee
  • $64.50 monthly – EFT only
  • NO commitment with this plan
  • $9.99 annual fee charged each July 1st
  • Includes cardio equipment, weight areas, classes PLUS Spin
  • 30 Day Notice required for cancellation

Student Membership - SPECIAL!

  • 1 month - $30
  • 3 months - $75
  • 4 months - $99
