OUR PROGRAMS
All Next Level training programs are individually designed to meet specific goals. We will tailor a dynamic exercise program based on your unique needs, personal goals and fitness level. We work with beginners as well as advanced athletes. So whether you have never worked out before or are preparing to compete in an athletic event, our trainers will build a program designed to help reach your short term and long term goals while maintaining your motivation level to keep you on track.

PERSONAL TRAINERS
The Next Level Personal Training Staff are among the best trainers in the nation. Our trainers have BS degrees in Sports Medicine and have obtained top-level certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Some of our trainers are former athletes and have competed on National and international levels.

Next Level Fitness is a state-of-the-art gym and sports fitness facility offering speed and conditioning training, sports specific training, strength training, weight training, agility training, force production training, and post physical therapy programs as well as classes in aerobics, kickboxing, Pilates, martial arts, self defense, spin exercise, stability ball and yoga.
